Clair Louise Ohlwiler, 95 of Rock Island and formerly of Orlando, Fla., died Wednesday, July 27 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date.She was born Sept. 17, 1920 in Rochester, N.Y., to the late Clair and Alice VonRitter Owen. She was a graduate of Monroe High School and a graduate of Rochester Business Institute.She and her late husband were longtime residents of Orlando, Fla.
