Chelsea Lauryn Clark, 15, of Morrison died Friday, Aug. 12, at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis after a four year battle with cancer. Chelsea was born Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000 in Murfreesboro.She is survived by her parents, Thomas and Vickie Eubanks Clark; brother Joshua Clark; paternal grandparents Rose Mary and Michael Slaughter; maternal grandparents Ruth and Edward Eubanks; best friends Savannah and Lexie Saylors; maternal aunt and uncle Stacy and Nathan Fordham; paternal aunts and uncles, Lauri and Patrick Carrico, Mark and Kelly Slaughter, John Slaughter, Troy Clark, Darrell Clark, Frances Clark, Gayla Clark, and Lori and Rusty Berteau, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends also survive. Chelsea was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Raymond Clark.
