McMinnville resident and Warren County native Charlisa Lannette Seals Alexander, 59, was born Jan. 23, 1965 and died Aug. 19, 2024 at her residence following a brief illness. A patient receptionist with St. Thomas Highlands Hospital, she was the daughter of Charles Barton Seals of Rock Island and the late Linda Ann Cantrell Glenn.
