Mr. Charles Ray Baker, 77, passed from this life to be with his loving wife of 53 years, Claudine. A Spencer resident, he was born Dec. 28, 1940 in Warren County to A.P. Baker and Amanda Hillis Baker, who preceded him in death. He worked for Oster Corporation for 37 years and enjoyed working for Van Buren County in its solid waste department during his retirement years.
