White House resident and Davidson County native Charles Gracy Gailbreath, 71, was born October 23, 1946 and died July 10 at Alive Hospice in Nashville following an extended illness.A retired car parts salesman, he was the son of the late Charlie Gracy and Margaret McClendon Gailbreath. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ellene Fay Hamilton Gailbreath.He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Jamie Gailbreath of White House, daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Gabe Slone of White House, four grandchildren, Simon and Darcy Gailbreath and Inger and Knox Slone; and one sister, Glenda Rader of Nashville.Visitation will be Monday, July 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at High’s. There will be no service.
