McMinnville resident and Beersheba Springs native Charles “Bo” Walker, 76, was born Feb. 2, 1935 and died Nov. 26 at his residence following an extended illness. A retired employee of Carrier and member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Charles and Lillian Smartt Walker.He is survived by his spouse, Annie Fults of McMinnville; five daughters, Carolyn Mercer of North Carolina, Patricia Hale of Liberty, Marie Parsley and Frankie Gann, both of McMinnville, and Juanita Harmon of Altamont; four sons, Ernie, Audie, Butch and John “Peanut” Fults, all of McMinnville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Judy Webster of Altamont; two brothers, Dwight and Jimmy Walker, both of Altamont, and several nieces and nephews.Funeral service was held Monday in High’s Chapel with Johnny Gross officiating.
