Mr. Cecil Clayborn Parson, 85, of McMinnville died Monday at River Park Hospital. He was born Feb. 22, 1928, in Grundy County, was a retired employee of the water department with the city of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., a World War II U.S. Army veteran, and a member of Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
