McMinnville resident and Warren County native Carrie Leann Blevins, 46, was born Oct. 23, 1977 and died suddenly Nov. 11, 2023 at her residence.
An employee of Kasai, she was the daughter of Carl McCormick and Mary and Butch Maxwell. She was married to Ronald Blevins. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by daughter, Cheyanne Elizabeth Hailey Blevins; grandparents, Remus and Lula Mae McCormick and Mary Lois Bost and step-grandmother, Wilma Jean Grosch.
Mrs. Blevins is survived by daughters, Kelly (Bobby) Sanders, Stacey Arnold, Caitlynn (Blaine) Arnold and Ciara Blevins, all of McMinnville; son, Cameron Blevins; step-children, Charquese Blevins, Courtney Blevins and Cassandra Reed; grandchildren, Gabbi, Blaklynn, Zyair and Bailie Sanders, Emory and Eden Walker, Brexlee Arnold and Kaysn Garner; eight step-grandchildren; sister, Felicia McCormick; nieces and nephews, Samantha McCormick, Jonathon (Tonya) Walker (Ryan and Madilyn) and Jaxon Thedford; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; mother-in-law, Armastine Drake and father-in-law, Ronald Blevins, Sr.
Mrs. Blevins was cremated. A memorial service will be held Friday, Nov. 24 at 2 p.m. in High's Chapel. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service at High's.
