Carolyn Ann Simmons, age 59, of Quebeck died Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Vanderbilt Medical Center.She was born Jan. 18, 1954 in Chattanooga to Willene Hale Simmons and the late Byrle Simmons. She was a LPN for 34 years.She is survived by her husband of 35 years Tommy Simmons of Quebeck; son, Eric Simmons and wife Amanda of Rock Island; daughter, Amy Daniels and husband Matt of Walling; mother, Willene Simmons of Quebeck; brother: David Simmons and wife Barbara of Doyle; nephew: Bryan Simmons and wife Bandy of Quebeck; and niece Jill Simmons of SpartaFuneral service will be 3 p.m. Sunday in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial at Skurlock Cemetery.
