Rock Island resident and Milwaukee, Wis., native Carol Ann Eary, 73, was born June 13, 1942 and died Nov. 30 at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro following a three-week illness. A retired school teacher with the Milwaukee School System, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Lucille Sobczyk Turczynski. She is survived by significant other, Lewis Loyd of Rock Island; and son, Matt Eary of Seattle, Wash.There will be no visitation or service at High’s.
