Brenda Gail Bond, 74, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born June 12, 1943 and died Aug. 12 in NHC Healthcare of McMinnville. She was a homemaker, member of the Church of Christ and daughter of the late James and Betty Ruth Denton Stroud. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Barry Stroud.Survivors include children and spouses, Joseph Wheatley of Washington state, Kathleen and Chad Taylor of McMinnville and Amy and Jose Almendarez of Cookeville; six grandchildren, Dustin Dennis, Nichole Collins, Jordan Collins, Daniel Taylor and wife Marina, Aaron Taylor and Cason Almendarez; two great-grandchildren, Trace and Trathan Taylor; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Carol Stroud of Michigan; sister Toni Gullett of Muncie, Ind.; sister-in-law Barbara Stroud of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews.
