Bonita Lois Bodey, 63, of McMinnville died Saturday, Dec. 17 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro.
She was born Dec. 29, 1953 in the Territory of Guam, and was a former factory worker, and a member of First Baptist Church of Manchester. Ms. Bodey was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Thomas Bodey Jr., and Lois Virginia Burks Bodey and brother Donald Edward Bodey.
Survivors include sister Donna “Mitzi” (Roy) Pierce and her brothers Wayne Thomas Bodey and Tim (Michelle) Bodey. Several nieces, nephews, family members and friends also survive.
A graveside service and interment will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, 4758 New Manchester Hwy., Tullahoma 37388. Rev. Donald Spencer will officiate. Family and friends are to meet at the cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 10 a.m. until noon at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
