Bobby Gene Meeks, 58, died Friday, Nov. 14, at River Park Hospital. He was born in Gruetli-Laager on Oct. 29, 1956. He was preceded in death by his father, Orville Meeks; sister, Janice “Jan” Meeks.He is survived by his mother, Geneva Conry of Smithville; wife, Donna Craven Meeks; sons, Toby Meeks, Bobby Meeks, Tim (Patricia) Kilgore and Robbie Kilgore; daughter, Holly Meeks (Danny) Achlin; step-daughters, Tanua (Bobby) Dennis, Jennifer and Tiffany Vernon; 22 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Bruce (Wanda) Meeks, Howell (Cindy) Meeks, Chuck (Carolyn Bouldin) Conry; sisters, Chris Bray, Kay (Wayne Moore) Anderson and Lisa Conry Casady.Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with burial to follow at Fall Creek Cemetery.
