Bobby Clark Sweeton, 55

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Bobby Clark Sweeton, 55, was born June 9, 1957 and died Oct. 3 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville following an extended illness. 
A painter and member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of Betty Jean Sweeton of McMinnville and the late Elmer Rolston Sweeton. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Randall Sweeton.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, April and William Farless of McMinnville; two sons and daughter-in-law, Craig Sweeton and Jonathan and Demita Sweeton, both of Morrison; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Dewayne Sweeten of the Vervilla community and Johnny Sweeton of the Midway community; two sisters, Carolyn Fults and Rebecca Ross, both of McMinnville; half-brother, Jerry Farless of Woodbury and special friend, Lisa Melton of McMinnville. 
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in High’s Chapel with Tony Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Coffee County. Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at High’s. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
