Rock Island resident and Marion County native Bo Turner, 52, was born Sept. 11, 1969 and died Dec. 19 at his residence following an extended illness.

A retired lineman with TVA and member of Rock Island Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Charles Lawrence Turner Sr. and the late Betty Louise Moore Turner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister Cheryl Mitchell.

Bo was married Oct. 11, 2008 to Tessa Turner of Rock Island. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter Maelee Turner of Rock Island and Kelsea Foshee, sister Robyn Turner of Manchester, grandfather-in-law John Bouldin of McMinnnville, mother-in-law Jane Bouldin of Rock Island, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bino and Sherry Bouldin of Rock Island, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Kelly and Matthew Sheppard of McMinnville, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jase and LeAnne Bouldin of Rock Island,  nephews Brendon Sheppard, Trace Bouldin and Lane Sheppard, nieces Reese Bouldin, Kaitlin Mullinax and Bailey Mullinax and other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

A graveside service and interment will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec, 22, at Heaven on Earth Cemetery, 325 Ronnie Perry Lane, Rock Island, TN, with Lynn Cantrell and Rocky Davenport officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday at High's.
