Greenville, Ind., resident and Warren County native Billy Eugene Snider, 57, was born June 15, 1957 and died Dec. 23 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, Ind., following an extended illness.
A restaurant cook, he was the son of Billy Ray and Anna Lorena Whitworth Snider of Bradford, Ind. In addition to his parents, he is survived by sister, Phyllis Cummings of Clarksville, Ind.; brother and sister-in-law, James Larry and Robbyn Snider of Blumfield, Ky.; four aunts and one uncle; and several beloved nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, John and Grace Snider; and maternal grandparents, Floyd and Josie Whitworth.
Funeral service was held Saturday in High’s Chapel with Bob McCoy officiating. Burial followed in Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County.
High Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
