Billie Marlo Hale of the Blues Hill community died Saturday.
Billie Marlo Hale, 84, of the Blues Hill community died Saturday, April 30, at his home.He was born Saturday, Oct. 3, 1931 in Cannon County and was the son of the late Mance Hale and Mable Roberts Hale.He loved fishing and vacations with his family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Judith Lawrence Hale of Blues Hill; son Steven Hale and wife Denise of White Lake, Mich.; daughter Laurel Nadalski and husband Ray of Michigan; two stepdaughters, La-Fonda Burch and husband, Mack, Lou-Shawna Scott and husband, Bobby Wayne of McMinnville; brothers Gene Hale of Oregon, James Hale of Cannon County, Doris hale of California.; sister Aguess Ross of Michigan; granddaughter Brittany Cordle of Michigan; six grandsons, Bran Merritt, Cullen Christepher, Spencer Hale, Raymon Nadalski, Colt Scott, and Beretta Scott; two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and his Blues Hill Cumberland Presbyterian church family where he served as an elder until his stroke.In addition to his parents, Billie was preceded in death by an infant brother, Bernice Hale, and stepdaughter Sabrina Merritt. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home Chapel with Lyon Walkup officiating.
