McMinnville resident and Ypsilanti, MI native Billie Laliberte Stanfield, 70, was born Dec. 29, 1951 and died Feb. 15 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville following a short illness.

Retired owner of Memory Lane Furniture Refinishing, she was the daughter of the late James Reece Bruce and Jenny Briggs of McMinnville. She was married to Tim Stanfield of Cookeville. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by brothers, Rocky, Stoney and Steele Bruce, and stepfather Dewayne Briggs.

In addition to her mother and husband, Mrs. Stanfield is survived by daughter April Brister, grandchildren, Raven York and Adam Laliberte, both of McMinnville, and Camille Laliberte and great-granddaughter Abigail York.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville with Larry Neal officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
