Betty Louise (Sissy) Shumaker, 61, of East Ridge, Tenn., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2022, at home surrounded by family. Sissy was born Nov. 19, 1961, to the late James and Frances Shumaker. She was the youngest of four and the apple of her daddy’s eye.
