Bettie Bragg Lemley, 96, of Tallahassee, Fla., died Friday, June 29, in Tallahassee.A native of McMinnville, she had lived in Tallahassee since 1950. She was a member of Timberlane Church of Christ.She moved to Miami in 1938 to work and to live with her half-brother Edward Foster and his family. After moving to Tallahassee she was employed for two years as a secretary by Florida State University and for 18 years by the Florida Department of Labor, Employment Security Division.
