Allardt resident and Beckley, W.Va., native Bernice A. Moore, 73, was born Jan. 12, 1939 and died unexpectedly July 10 at her residence. A retired supervisor with AT&T, she was a longtime resident of Indianapolis, Ind. She was the daughter of the late Joe and Mae Wingrove Milish.
