McMinnville resident and Warren County native Barbara S. Blackburn, 81, died April 5 at River Park Hospital.A retired LPN serving at River Park Hospital and a member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Ernest F. and Fannie Mae Talient Smith Sr., and was preceded in death by her husband, Frank James Blackburn.She is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Frankie Holland of Murfreesboro, Beth Black of McMinnville, Carla and John Brown of McMinnville; son, James Blackburn of McMinnville; brothers, E.F. Smith of McMinnville and Walton Smith of Rock Island; several nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Stroud Cemetery with Steven Brown officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, and 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday at High’s. Memorial donations may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation, P.O.
