Arzella Turrington Anderson, 86, a resident of McMinnville formerly of Sparta died Saturday, June 18 at River Park Hospital.Ms. Anderson was born April 11, 1925 in White County to the late Charlie Crockett Turrington and Buna Reece Turrington. She was retired from the Sparta Shirt Factory. She is also preceded in death by husbands Kelly Ted Anderson and Stanton Ray Manus; brothers Odus Turrington, Herman Turrington and Johnny Earl Turrington; sisters, Clara Mae Ashburn, Molly Scott and Anna Ruth Ash.Survivors include her daughters, Margaret Ann (Earl) Anderson Hassell of Greenwood, Ind., Martha Jean Anderson Conley, Betty Ruth Anderson (Bill) Hall, Carolyn Sue (Bobby) Manus Ashburn and Linda Sue Perry, all of McMinnville; daughter-in-law, Mollie Lorraine Robey Manus; sister, Ruby Jean Turrington Toparis; 10 grandchildren, several great- and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also surviveFuneral services will be noon Wednesday in the chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial at Highland Cemetery.Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Southern Standard (McMinnville, Tenn.)
