Arvle Lee Page, 93, of McMinnville died Wednesday, June 21 at his residence in McMinnville.
He was born May 18, 1924, in Warren County and was a retired employee of Genesco and a member of McMinnville Church of God at Locust Street. Mr. Page was preceded in death by parents, Vernon and Etta Jones Page, daughter Linda Sue Sharp, sisters Nerene Thompson, Vada Bost, Margaret Lance, Alma Holder, and Gertrude Hoover, and brothers Alex and Everett Page.
Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Patty Mozelle Page, sons Charles (Laura) Page and Vanus (Brenda) Page, son-in-law Rev. Roland Sharp and wife Barbara, sister Myrna Pearsall, grandchildren Renae (Bruce) Dixon, Robert (Marla) Sharp, Matthew (Connie) Sharp, Darenda (Danny) Wright, Sharlinda (Chris) Murphy, and Vanessa (Shawn) Ward, and 17 great-grandchildren. Nieces, nephews, family members, and friends also survive.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 24, at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jeff Page and Rev. Josh Thaxton will officiate. Interment will follow at Centertown Cemetery. The Page family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 8 p.m., and again Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
