Anna Lee Starkey, 79, of Lakeland, Fla., (formerly of McMinnville) died Saturday, May 25 at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, Fla.She was born Jan. 10, 1934, in Warren County and was a homemaker. Mrs. Starkey was preceded in death by parents Charles Clifton and Mary Alice Grove Cardwell; husbands, D.D. Arney and Charles Edward (Ox) Starkey; and daughters Donna Ann Arney and Joyce Arney.Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Kathleen and Jerry Steele of McMinnville and Sally and Tobby Donalson of Lakeland; eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.Funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 5 at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Tobby Donalson will officiate.
