Allison Marie Bess Gillette, 21, of McMinnville died Saturday, May 23, at her residence.
She was born March 30, 1994, in Murfreesboro and was a graduate of Warren County High School and a Baptist. Miss Gillette was preceded in death by grandfathers, Vernon Elkins and Bobby Gillette, and great-grandparents, Fisher and Marie Melton.
Survivors include her parents, Crystal and Greg Gillette; brother, Brandon Elkins; sister, Sera Rae Gillette and Wesley Parkhurst; grandmothers, Phyllis Elkins and Mary Frances Gillette; boyfriend Austin, Parsons; uncles, Joe Fisher (Margie) Melton and Todd (Renea) Bess; aunts, Shelia Fann, Elaine Howard, Trisha Gillette, Debbie (Bobby) Binkley, Loraine Reagan, and Tammy (Nelson) Hernandez; and cousins, Rachel Brinkley, Lexi Fann, Craig Melton, Dustin McClure, Harley Hernandez, Derrick and Dylan Howard, and Hunter and Justin Bess. Other family members and friends also survive.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Jason Nunley will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. The family will receive Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.mcminnvillefuneralhome.com.
