The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Sarah Elizabeth Noe of Knoxville, and Paul Lee-Allen Turner are being revealed. The couple plans to wed May 19 in a ceremony at The Chapel at Lee University in Cleveland. The bride-elect is the daughter of Phillip and Melanie Noe of Knoxville.
