The 93rd National 4-H Congress was held in Atlanta, Ga., recently. Tennessee was well represented with 42 outstanding delegates, with three from Warren County. Lucas Patterson, Clay Prater and Emily Scott were the area 4-H members able to attend.In order to be invited to this prestigious event, youth must complete a portfolio in their specialty area, as well as citizenship and leadership topics.
