Fifty-three 4-H members in grades 4-6 recently participated in the county finals of the 4-H Public Speaking Contest held at the Warren County Administrative Building. The 4-H members earned the right to compete in this contest by winning their class competition during the January 4-H club meetings. A total of 1,000 4-H members across the county gave a one- to two-minute speech over their favorite topics.
