The ever-busy folks at the McMinnville Warren County Senior Center are constantly organizing and planning fun events for area residents and visitors. Director Connie Smith and her staff provide both daily activities, as well as special occasion events and emphasize that everyone is welcome.
Currently they are planning a Halloween Costume Dance, which will take place on Saturday, Oct. 28. The dance starts at 6 p.m., with music from the band 231 South sure to please.
Everyone is asked to bring a finger food to share with the group. Tickets are available at the door for $6 per person. A costume contest for best female, best male and best couple will take place, with cash prizes awarded in each category.
“I guarantee it will be a fun event,” said Smith. “Who doesn’t enjoy Halloween and the many aspects of the holiday?”
