Ever wanted to go to Ireland and enjoy the sights? If so, the Warren County Senior Center is planning an excursion to the country Oct. 2-9.
Director Cheryl Mingle is inviting anyone interested to contact her at the center for more details.
The group will tour several areas, with some of the highlights including a tour of Dublin, a visit to Trinity College, a tour of the Waterford Crystal Factory, a visit to the Blarney Castle, as well as Muckross House, Kylemore Abbey and the cliffs of Moher.
Traditional Irish entertainment will be presented, and guests will enjoy six full Irish breakfasts, as well as six dinners.
The trip fee is $2,625 per person with double occupancy. A $250 per person deposit is due March 17, with final payment due July 17.
“This will be a wonderful trip,” said Mingle. “We will be escorted by a certified driver/escort, and stay six nights in first-class hotels. We hope to have many make plans to join us. ”
Mingle can be reached at 931-473-6559.
