A petite blonde captured the hearts of the judges Saturday evening in the Miss Warren County Scholarship Pageant held at Warren County Middle School. Melanie Grace Rush, a 16-year-old WCHS junior, earned the Miss Warren County title from a field of 42 contestants. She is the daughter of Susan and Greg Rush, and was also awarded the Best Interview Award for her private interview with the judges.
