Senior citizens, it’s that time again to register for the upcoming Senior Citizen Beauty, Talent and Fun Festival to be held Sept. 9 in the Warren County A&L Fair grandstand. Activities will start at 8:30 a.m. and continue through lunch time. In 1977, the fair added the event for senior citizens over 60 years of age, and is chaired by Cheryl Mingle.
