In the town of Morrison, on the corner of Main Street and Maple, sits a rectangular building of aging brick. A burlap wreath with a cursive “E” in the middle hangs on the wooden screen door that announces the arrival of customers with a creak and a slam. That “E” stands for Ellie Michellie’s Eatery, a small diner that recently celebrated two years in business.
