The wedding of Marcy Anne Mullican and Wesley Blissard was held at The White Room in St. Augustine, Fla., on Oct. 4. They are residing in Murfreesboro.
Marcy Anne Mullican, daughter of Michael and Senia Mullican of Rock Island, became the bride of Wesley Blissard, son of Missy Blissard. The couple wed Oct. 4 at The White Room in St. Augustine, Fla., in a 4:30 p.m. ceremony officiated by the bride’s grandfather, David K. Grissom. The bride is the granddaughter of and Kenneth and the late Pat Mullican, and David and Judy Grissom of Rock Island.
