Millers mark 65th anniversary
Potsie and William Miller Jr. celebrated their Feb. 11 anniversary, marking 65 years together. They had a double wedding ceremony with Willie and Lavern Coppinger in Rossville, Ga.

Mr. and Mrs. William Miller Jr. recently marked 65 years together. The couple married Feb. 11, 1951 in Rossville, Ga. They traveled with the bride-elect's brother Willie Coppinger and his fiancé Lavern. The two couples decided to marry in a double ceremony. 
Mrs. Miller is the former Williene “Potsie” Coppinger, and the daughter of the late Willie and Amy Coppinger of the Smartt Station community. Her husband is the son of the late Pearl and William Miller Sr. of Woodbury. 
The couple enjoyed many years in the world of auto racing, traveling to many races, with him serving as a mechanic. He has retired, and currently resides at Raintree Manor. Mrs. Miller worked many years at Century, and has held employment with the Warren County School System for the past 10 years. She works at Bobby Ray Memorial and looks forward to seeing the children every day. 
They are parents to daughter Kathy Smith, and son Monty and daughter-in-law Rusty Miller. They have four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. 
The celebrated their big day on a quite note at Raintree Manor, with best wishes from friends and family.
