Magness Library and Community House invites book memorial and honorary contributions. Making a contribution to the library to remember a deceased family member, friend or colleague funds a memorial that benefits both the library and a community of readers. A contribution in honor of someone’s devotion to family or service to the community, or to commemorate a special occasion or notable event funds a tribute that will reflect your appreciation and enrich the lives of those who use the library.
Upon your request, bookplates are placed in the books purchased with your contribution and notification is sent to the family of the deceased, if a memorial, or to the honoree, acknowledging the contribution.
To make a contribution, or for more information, you may call Magness Library at 931-473-2428. Visit www.magnesslibrary.org or come by the library at 118 W. Main Street. Memorials can be viewed online at www.magnesslibrary.org and www.facebook.com/magnesslibrary.
