Carly Miranda Locke will exchange wedding vows with Joshua Powell Davis in a ceremony planned for June 28. It will take place in Nashville at The Hermitage Mansion, home of President Andrew Jackson.The bride-elect is the daughter of James and Nancy Locke. Her grandparents are Ted and Betty Smith, and the late Virgil and Wretha Locke.
