The 49th Little Miss Valentine title was claimed by Ella Faith Kesey in the pageant presented by Morrison Ruritan on Saturday at Morrison School. Miss Kesey is the 5-year-old daughter of Clent and Lynette Kesey. The blue-eyed beauty enjoys church activities, gymnastics, soccer and playing with her American Girl dolls.
