The second annual Tiny Fairest of the Fair took place Saturday night during opening weekend of the Warren County A&L Fair. Over 30 little girls between the ages of 4-6 took the stage. 

Four-year-old Kinslee Rae-Nani Rutledge claimed the title, exhibiting great poise and patience for someone so young. She is the daughter of Kayla Rutledge and is a pre-kindergarten student at Bobby Ray Elementary.

Others in the court include: Macie Brooke Dawn Pepper, daughter of Chris and Kelcy Pepper, first runner-up; Nia Monroe Rich, daughter of Kirstin King and Brandon Rich, second runner-up; and Josie Quinn Hertwig, daughter of Amber and Casey Hertwig, third runner-up.

The panel of judges chose a Top 20 list, with those including: Macie Brooke Dawn Pepper, daughter of Chris and Kelcy Pepper; Cadence Eve Eckart, daughter of Josh and Lacy Eckart; Allie Brooke Newby, daughter of Brittany Kirby and Jessie Hillis; Maggie Adeline Bottoms, daughter of Jeff and Dorothy Bottoms; Khloe Mae White, daughter of Kacie Looper and Kyle White; Josie Quinn Hertwig, daughter of Amber and Casey Hertwig; Alayna Abigail Adams, daughter of Ann Darnbush, and Savanah and Austin Adams; Rhyleigh Ann Webb, daughter of Britani Webb and Richie Webb; Ellie Sutton, daughter of Kyle and Taylor Sutton; Nia Monroe Rich, daughter of Kirstin King and Brandon Rich; Emma Elizabeth Simpson, daughter of Airrah and Drew Simpson; Layla-Barrie Guthrie, daughter of Alex and Bethany Guthrie; Claire Susannah Breedlove, daughter of Mike and Elaine Breedlove; Kiera Faith Bonner, daughter of Shyla and Xavier Bonner; Sandrena Kenzlie Hartman, daughter of Jessica and Tyler Hartman; Lily Ann Looper, daughter of Justin Looper and Kameron Looper; Malaya Janessa Taylor, daughter of Jacob and Tykesha Taylor; Kinslee Rae-Nani Rutledge, daughter of Kayla Rutledge; Kambree Elaine Merritt, daughter of Tia Merritt; and Jaianna Weslynn Carr, daughter of James and Alisha Carr.

In addition to the court, others rising to the Top 10 were: Allie Brooke Newby, Claire Susannah Breedlove, Emma Elizabeth Simpson, Josie Quinn Hertwig, Kinslee Rae-Nani Rutledge, Layla-Barrie Guthrie, Macie Brooke Dawn Pepper, Malaya Janessa Taylor, Nia Monroe Rich, and Rhyleigh Ann Webb.
