Reigning Preteen Fairest of the Fair Kalia Stewart relinquished her title Friday in the annual event. She crowned Kate Elyse Gribble, 10, daughter of Darrell and Jennifer Gribble. She is a fifth-grade student at Hickory Creek Elementary.
