The Juneteenth celebration has reached its 10th year in Warren County with organizers Saturday marking the decade observance at the festival’s new home at the Young Men United Community Center.“We decided that since this is our community center that we ought to use it for our annual festival,” said YMU President Donald Crisp. “There’s space for games outside and plenty of room inside the center where people can come in and get cool and visit.”The local Juneteenth tradition began 10 years ago as the brainchild of Young Men United, a local service organization that seeks to guide youth on a straight path. The event featured food, entertainment, and games for the kids.
