Jeff Jones and Pam Argo Jones are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Ruth, to Jeremy Aaron McVey. He is the son of Kelly and Starr McVey. They are planning their wedding to take place May 17 at New Union Methodist Church.The prospective bride is the granddaughter of Tyron and Lois Argo, and Ray and Bettie Washington of Signal Mountain.She is a 2008 Warren County High School graduate.
