Stephanie Lynette Harris and Jay Wesley Winn, both of Maryville, will be married next month in a ceremony planned to take place in Knoxville. The bride-elect is the daughter of Eddie and Tammy Harris of Etowah. She is the granddaughter of Edgar and Boots Harris, and the late Cotton and Ruby Dillard, all of Etowah.
