Twelve-year-old Gracie Nicole Brock was crowned the fifth Preteen Fairest of the Fair in the pageant held Friday during the Warren County A&L Fair. The event was held in the Clifford McClain Grandstand, and featured 32 young ladies. She was crowned by the 2015 Queen Kaydee Elizabeth Rains, daughter of Johnny and Tonya Rains.
