Be respectful, be responsible and be resourceful are The Three B’s implemented at area schools as a positive behavioral system to improve student behavior. Bobby Ray Memorial guidance counselor Danielle Hibdon and interventionist Lisa Bell planned a positive behavior carnival for students who have received rewards this school year. “We like to reward our students for positive behavior,” said Hibdon.
