Youngsters between the ages of birth through 6 years of age will be able to participate in the Little Mr. and Miss Stars and Stripes Pageant on July 4 as part of the downtown celebration. Registration will take place prior to the event in an area designated near the stage. Start time is 11 a.m. A registration fee of $25 is required, with all proceeds benefiting the Miss McMinnville Scholarship Fund.
