Vinson's Crossroads FCEC met on March 16 at the Magnolia Room. President Frances Hobbs called the meeting to order and introduced guest, Sandra Cantrell. The devotional was given by Alda Bandy who read 1 John 2:9, and Naomi Smith led in prayer. Hobbs led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll call was answered with how many species of butterflies we think exist in the world with 13 members and one guest present. Secretary Lori Yates read the minutes from our Feb. 16 meeting.  The minutes were approved. Treasurer Wilma Davenport gave the financial report.
Bandy gave a craft demonstration and then gave each member and guest a homemade craft.  Reading reports were given by Bandy, Smith, Sue Shetley, Hobbs, Susan Driver and Davenport.
Hobbs asked for feedback from members regarding March 14 visitation day. Hobbs reminded members to bring items for the women's shelter to the March 20 county council meeting.
Our next meeting will be held on April 20. The meeting was adjourned after the Club Creed was read. A meal was provided by our hostesses Diane Grove and Bandy.
