In 1963, President John F. Kennedy designated May as Older Americans Month, and it’s been an annual celebration ever since. This year Nashville-based eye surgeon Dr. Ming Wang will join the McMinnville-Warren County Senior Center in promoting awareness of this important occasion. The doctor will present an interesting and informative vision care talk at the center May 17 at 2 p.m. Dr. Wang’s important program is not just for the center’s members.
