The deadline for entering the upcoming 49th Little Miss Valentine Pageant has been extended until Tuesday, according to organizers.

“We have extended the application acceptance date to give everyone an opportunity to be part of this fun night,” said chairperson Darlene Bryant. “We have also taken away the stipulations about girls having to live in the Morrison area, or be related to a sponsor in the area.”

The Morrison Ruritan sponsors the event, and are opening the pageant to all young ladies between the ages of 3 and 6 years of age regardless of where they reside. A 425 sponsor fee and completed application is required.

Applications can be picked up at any of the following locations:  First National Bank in Morrison, Security Federal in Morrison, Homeland Community Bank in Morrison, Morrison School, Morrison City Hall, Morrison Library, Morrison Hardware, Ashley’s Attic, Kathy’s of McMinnville, Tiaras and Tadpoles and the Warren County Trustee’s Office.

Applications must be turned in to WC Trustee’s office on Tuesday, Feb. 16. For more information, contact Bryant at the Trustee office, or go to Morrison Ruritan’s facebook page.
